This picture really made me laugh! As a Canadian, I immediately recognised it as the Peace Tower (Google a picture of it!) in the Centre Block of our Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, which contains the House of Commons in one wing and the Senate in the other.

Seeing the message printed on the picture, it looked at first to me as if it were a message for the Members of Parliament inside to actually get something done instead of all the catcalling and silliness we see broadcast in Question Period!
